Hi, I’m Chad, founder of Carved & Cut Creations—and for the past 20 years, I’ve served as a police dispatcher. Working in public safety has taught me the value of staying calm under pressure, listening closely, and doing things right the first time—all qualities that carry over into the work I do in the shop.
What began as a creative outlet quickly became a way to reconnect with something more hands-on and personal. After years of helping people through some of the most critical moments of their lives, I found a different kind of fulfillment in creating pieces that mark meaningful milestones in a positive, lasting way.
