At Carved & Cut Creations, each item is carefully crafted with attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, we have a specific returns and refund policy in place to protect both you and our shop.
Custom & Personalized Items

All customized or personalized products (including engraved, printed, or made-to-order items) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, dates, design choices, etc.) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided during checkout.
Non-Custom Items

Non-customized, standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement cannot be made.
Natural Variations in Wood

Every piece of wood is unique. Variations in grain, knots, and color tones are natural and not considered defects. Your product may differ slightly from the product photos shown.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.
