Welcome to Carved & Cut Creations. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Orders & Product Variations

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, no two items are exactly alike. Variations in wood grain, color, texture, and knots are natural and expected.

Product photos are for reference only. The item you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the product images because of the unique characteristics of each piece of wood and the customization applied.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are made to order, we maintain the following return policy:

Custom & Personalized Items:

Final Sale. Personalized or custom-engraved products cannot be returned.
Exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

Non-Custom Items:

Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase, provided production hasn’t started.
After 12 hours, all sales are final.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will evaluate and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.

6. Product Care

We include basic care instructions when applicable. Improper storage, cleaning, or use may void eligibility for replacements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including product designs, photos, text, and logos—is owned by Carved & Cut Creations and may not be used without written consent.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payment is due at checkout via our secure payment providers.

9. Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be added to your order as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Carved & Cut Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
